B | A | T | S program is an exclusive program offered only through CCP and Talk Baseball/Water Polo, it is designed for all aspiring athletes.

The B | A | T | S program provides Breathing, Abdominal strength and Therapeutic Stretching techniques that will assist in developing athletes into champions in their respective sports. Athletes that participate in the B   A   T   S will further improve their performance and get to their professional goals faster.


Mission: The mission of B | A | T | S is to provide individual athletes with the very best program to enhance their athletic performance, flexibility and to help prevent injury

BREATHING

Breathing makes you a stronger athlete!


The ability to use our breath to increase tension throughout our body will subsequently increase the amount of strength you can produce. The breathing techniques will help increase your strength output and will help you to produce more power.

ABDOMINAL STRENGTH

Developing core strength and stability enables athletes to maximize their power output and perform complex athletic movements that require coordination, balance, and technical skills. Additionally, focusing on core strength can help athletes stabilize other weak areas to reduce the risk of injury.  The use of Stotts Pilates techniques will help you create and develop your abdominal "ZONE" that will ultimately be the outstanding core of athletic performance!

THERAPY STRETCHING

Therapy Stretching helps increase your flexibility and improve athletic performance, while making the athlete's workouts more effective. This program will engage the athlete's entire myofascial system by targeting muscles as well and their neighboring joins, ligaments, tendons and bones. The use of a variation of Stotts Pilates equipment will assist in these Therapeutic Stretching techniques.
